In addition and with a view to narrow the pay differential amongst FE lecturers, Conference instructs the FEC to organise a ballot for a programme of industrial action including strike action in support of a campaign for a flat rate increase of £600 for members in Colleges that have not implemented the 8 – point 2003/04 National pay award.
