If negotiations fail on the pay aspect then Conference feels that improvement to national terms and conditions be pushed strongly, some ideas:-
– Holiday breaks protected (slow erosion of summer break happening)
– Affordable corporate gym memberships (especially with locally government run leisure centres)
– Any annual leave outstanding (due to college commitments) should be monetarily reimbursed
– Upper limit for classroom cover duties
– Health benefits
