main workplace concern.
2. workload policies vary across the FE sector in its wide range of institutions
that have different ways of working.
3. this multitude of structures, and the fact that there is currently no forum to
exchange ideas, make it more difficult to effectively tackle excessive
workload.
This conference resolves an FE Workload conference will be held with the aim of:
a. building links between branches in FE institutions.
b. gathering ideas, strategies and resources that have worked.
c. building a menu of these and making it available to branches.
d. focussing on offering branches practical solutions to help reduce workload
and build the union.
