Congress notes:
collectively, vote counts at Congress, FESC and HESC cause a significant loss of business time and can create frustration amongst delegates
electronic voting will reduce peer pressure for delegates to vote in a certain way.
Congress instructs:electronic voting to be introduced at the 2020 Congress, FESC and HESC and thereafter
the electronic voting system use will identify how individual delegates vote and that this information is available following each vote.
