Rule 29: In title replace 'Regional meetings' with 'Regional Committees'
Rule 29. 1: delete Rule 29. 1 and replace with 'The National Executive Committee shall establish and financially support Regional Committees and the election of members thereto from branches and local associations under Standing Orders. '
Purpose: to establish Regional Committees as constitutional bodies of the union.
