Congress re-iterates its full support for a publicly funded post-16 education system and its opposition to the creeping privatisation that has been taking place as well as to the wholesale privatisation of areas such as Prison Education. Congress instructs UCU officers to mount a campaign celebrating the successes of the post-16 system and highlighting the problems of privatisation.
