This Congress notes with concern that holding the annual meeting of Congress on working days may result in some delegates being unable to attend.
This Congress instructs the NEC to ensure that the annual meeting of Congress should normally take place over the Late May Bank Holiday weekend, thus minimising the number of delegates who would be prevented from attending due to work commitments.
