This FE Sector Conference is concerned that the current rules can be interpreted to prevent Branches from meeting as a Special FE Sector Conference under rule when issues only affect one geographical area, e. g. England, or one employment sector, e. g. LSC or LEA. This FE Sector Conference instructs the NEC to investigate this issue and draw up alternative rules if this is a problem.
