In recognition that management at the University of Northampton has underestimated the income generated by the History Division and has failed to appropriately acknowledge its contribution to the University's strategic plan, including delivering a satisfactory RAE submission, this conference pledges the support of UCU for the campaign being waged by University of Northampton to prevent redundancies in the History Division.
