Congress resolves that the NEC in plenary session ensure that the revision of legal services mandated and required by congress 2007 go ahead immediately and include a specific requirement that legal services provide dedicated support to regional officials, to take forward collective issues that in the first instance are deemed by the latter to have a legal dimension.
