Rule 3. 1. 1 , penultimate word, delete 'and'. At end of clause, add ', the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. '
Rule 18. 9. 1 Add, at end of last sentence, 'or whose institutions are outside of these boundaries. '
Purpose: To ensure that relevant individuals in the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man can be included in membership of the union and can be put into a geographical constituency in respect of NEC elections.
