This meeting supports the FEC in rejecting the derisory offer of 1.5% Furthermore we move that the UCU should organise a programme of strike action which starts with a one day followed by two the second week to 3 the next and escalating if necessary in support of an increased offer.
We also move that any such action should be coordinated, where possible, with the HE pay/jobs campaign.
